Laura Kirsch

Consultant

Laura brings nearly a decade of advisory and industry experience spanning operations and process improvement, strategic guidance, product delivery, and primary and secondary market research. Formerly, she worked as a Manager focusing on market research insights where she advised life sciences clients across the product lifecycle, including early asset commercial evaluations and pipeline and marketing strategy. Preceding that, she worked at ZS Associates where she drove efforts to strengthen the firm’s newly founded payor and provider practice. This culminated in winning the firm’s first provider client, a large multi-site, top-ranking regional health system, where she worked to build out a robust pipeline of work spanning strategy, marketing, and organizational redesign in tandem with digital transformation. Her experience also includes managing client and agency side technology and enterprise data warehousing teams to successfully launch and monitor customized product deployments. 

Laura also brings provider industry experience, having worked in operations at NewYork-Presbyterian hospital where she collaborated with diverse multidisciplinary teams to tackle special projects aligned with organization needs across finance, clinical efficiency, and regulatory, including budget and revenue cycle planning, clinical process improvement, policy & regulatory adherence (ex. JCAHO accreditation and site visits), and emergency preparedness, including onsite leadership in response to COVID-19. 

Laura earned her Master of Health Administration from the Sloan Program at Cornell University, and her BS in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University.
